NSW Government procurement weighs how a contractor builds, not just what it builds. We are a small Western Sydney business, so this page describes what we actually do — and what we are building toward — rather than borrowing language from companies a hundred times our size.
What we do now
A Western Sydney SME: engaging us puts NSW Government spend directly into a small local business and its local subcontractor network — consistent with the NSW SME and Regional Procurement Policy.
Demolition waste separated and directed to recycling streams; materials specified for durability first — the most sustainable building is the one you don't rebuild in ten years.
Low-VOC paints, sealants and adhesives in learning spaces, and works staged so spaces are aired before students return.
Apprentices trained within the All Day Group remain with the business today — trade training is part of how the group has always operated.
At Meadowbank and Jannali we renewed existing infrastructure rather than replacing it wholesale — lower cost, lower embodied carbon, and a result the facilities team can maintain.
